BOTTMANBROS.COM MOVES TO NEW OFFICES IN NORTH PACIFIC BUILDING
Bottman Brothers has moved their professional development services to the North Pacific Building in downtown Portland Oregon, kitty corner to Powell's Books.
The historic North Pacific building at 917 SW Oak was constructed in 1922 and originally named the Fitzpatrick Building, after the original owner, William Fitzpatrick. It was built as a 36,000 square foot office building with 9&½ foot ceilings, mahogany woodwork, and nearly 150 huge windows. Over time the building was modernized, but in December 1999 restoration was started and finished in 2002. Making our new office bright and airy, with natural wood floors and trim. Other office tenants include graphic designers, non-profit organizations, attorneys, photographers and writers. Retail tenants on the ground floor run the gamut from restaurants and record stores to bike shops.
